How do advertisements in cricket fields seem to be upright in television?

The way advertisements are painted on cricket grounds in stadiums, they seem upright in television. Is there any special technique which makes them appear upright?

yeah they are painted in a way to look like that, if you were to walk on the ground and look at them, they would seem absolutly huge and wouldnt look like a sign at all...

have you ever seen the emails going around about the guy who paints 3d pics on the pathway??.. its exactly the same concept to this

Yep, it is a trick of the eye. It only looks like that from the camera angle. The ones you are reffering to if you look at them from other angles, you can clearly see that they are very long diamonds.

If everything is painted at the right angle, then it gives that impression. Rectangles must be painted as trapeziums etrc etc.
