What does the waste energy do to the temperatrue of the air around the television set?

Based on the energy transferred each second by the television.

Heats it up.

The waste energy is given off as heat which heats up the surrounding air.

I think the answer would be that it raises the temperature of the air. NOW! I want top billing for THAT answer.
