Does anyone know about adjusting the color convergence to a television?

Its because the projection in my television is really bad and im trying to adjust the colors into so that all three align but somehow the red wont move to the sides just up and down making it impossible for all colors to align due to the fact that you cannot adjust the green cross... I have a JVC television. Maybe something else is wrong.

Ohhh yeah.....something else IS WRONG....

The convergence amps are worn out....
