DLP tvs are a little hard to fix since to replace the lite you have to remove the unit that the light is encased in. This is called the Light Engine. If you are able to get the light out and get a replacement, put it back in very carefully as these bulbs can not be touched directly or the oil from your skin will transfer to the bulb and create a hot spot when running and the life of your bulb will be shortened considerably. And since the bulbs are not cheap could end up costing a great deal to get fixed. Good luck.
Try going to the Toshiba website since you obviously have internet access. The manufacturer of an item should be your first stop, not a website like this.
Under support you will likely find either an FAQ with help, or the manual for your TV online
