What is out there for a career having to deal with television?

I would love to do something with television or movies.. whether it is casting actors or simply helping with the process in some way. I am not really sure what I want to do with my life. I was just curious if anyone could suggest what kind of degree I should try to get to get into this field. Thanks!

Apply for a position with your local television stations. Ask them if you can do an intern. This is only until you find an interest in what you enjoy doing.
