How can I tape a television program using a converter box and dvd/ vcr?

My converter box is connected to the Dvd/Vcr Player Picture is clear but I cannot recorded while watching television.

This question is too vague. What do you mean you can't record? What happens when you try to record?

You need another converter to watch directly on the TV.

You will need a splitter to split the antenna to the box the have and the second one. You also may need an RF selector switch, to switch between the VCR and the direct box.
