How can I find a Broadcast Television Station for sale?

I would like to find either web sites, or businesses that list broadcast television stations for sale, and what does it take to purchase a broadcast television station?

Since they are Corporations. Most are listed on Stock exchange.

1) Buy up the controlling interest in stock.

2) Vote yourself in as Chairman/President.
